Enquire About Two Visits
One complete system
One matched heating-and-cooling arrangement, including its associated indoor and outdoor equipment. A furnace and AC serving that arrangement count together. A heat pump includes its associated indoor equipment and supplementary heating where fitted; separate systems need separate coverage at the same sample per-system price.
Filters & materials
Replacement filter materials are excluded. Fitting a compatible homeowner-supplied filter is included where accessible.
Routine care & further work
Maintenance includes reporting concerns observed during the stated checks. Dedicated fault diagnosis, repairs and additional work are separate. Neither option includes replacement parts, refrigerant, blocked-drain repairs, deep cleaning requiring disassembly, duct cleaning or emergency attendance.

What this covers

Care for the equipment your home uses.

Equipment-specific care, with airflow and control checks included in each visit.

  1. Cooling-system seasonal care

    For preparation before warmer weather.

Cooling-operation, accessible coil and drainage checks, with light outdoor-coil cleaning where access allows.

  2. Furnace seasonal care

    For preparation before colder weather.

Heating-operation and equipment-condition checks, including combustion and venting attention for fuel-burning models.

  3. Heat-pump maintenance

For equipment that heats and cools.

Seasonal care with checks appropriate to the operating mode and manufacturer’s instructions, including heating and defrost controls where applicable.

  4. Airflow, filters & controls

    Common checks within each visit.

Filter condition, accessible airflow paths and thermostat operation reviewed as part of the visit—not as a separate package.

Useful answers

A little more clarity on maintenance.

Practical answers about visits, coverage and what happens next. Further reading: ENERGY STAR seasonal maintenance checklist (opens in a new tab).

What is included in a one-time seasonal visit?

One cooling- or heating-focused visit for one system, including the applicable seasonal checks, accessible equipment inspection, airflow/filter and control review, and light cleaning within the listed scope. Maintenance includes reporting concerns observed during the stated checks. Dedicated fault diagnosis, repairs and additional work are separate.

How often should my system be serviced?

Follow the equipment manufacturer’s schedule. Spring cooling and autumn heating check-ups provide a useful seasonal routine, including attention to both modes of a heat pump. More frequent care can be discussed for particular equipment or use; four visits are not the default.

Are repairs, filters or parts included?

Sample prices cover the listed maintenance labour. Replacement filter materials are excluded. Fitting a compatible homeowner-supplied filter is included where accessible. Dedicated fault diagnosis, repairs, replacement parts, refrigerant, deep cleaning and emergency attendance are excluded.

What if my home has more than one system?

Each sample price applies to one complete comfort system, including its associated heating and cooling equipment. A furnace and AC serving the same arrangement count together. Additional systems use the same per-system price. Describe all the systems in your demonstration enquiry.

What if the equipment has already stopped working?

A breakdown needs dedicated fault diagnosis before routine maintenance. Explore the Air Conditioning or Heating page for the relevant repair guidance. Neither maintenance option includes breakdown repairs or emergency attendance.
